We offer local delivery of our products for a small fee throughout Greater Vancouver:

$12 Shipping in other areas of the Lower Mainland (Delta, Langley, MapleRidge, Tsawwassen, White Rock, Pitt Meadows, Abbotsford)

We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The day before delivery we will give you a call or text to confirm someone will be home to receive the product. If we do not receive this confirmation, the product will be delivered the next Tuesday or Thursday. On delivery day, our driver will give you a text/call to let you know they are arriving!

Low waste deliveries: To reduce the amount of packaging waste with deliveries, we are trying to use less styrofoam boxes, single-use ice packs and thermal bags. Product is transported in the frozen state, but we will be dropping off orders in a kraft paper bag. Don't worry! We will text you before arriving to ensure you are home to receive it and put it into your freezer.

Pick-up is now available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10-4PM. Location is at 1605 W 5th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6J 1N5 (The Lazy Gourmet Building). You'll be able to choose the time you plan to pick-up at check-out. On the day of pick-up, please text/call 604-765-8111 when you arrive! We will meet you outside with your comfort food package!

Yes! All our products are vegan. Our 100% plant-based meals have the same heartiness and satisfaction as classic favourites, but without animal-based ingredients. You won't miss out on the taste though, as our products are created for any dietary preference, vegans, vegetarian, ominivores and flexitarians alike.

Yes! Our products contain 11-15g of plant-based protein per serving.

We recommend keeping our products frozen until ready to bake or heat. However, if they are defrosted, we recommend baking/heating and enjoying within three days. Do not refreeze defrosted products.

A few easy steps:
Cook from Frozen
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Remove container lid and place on baking sheet.
3. Place on Baking sheet and Bake 50-60 minutes.
4. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes or until top is golden.
5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving (if you can wait!).
These are guidelines only as Individual appliances may be different. Ensure product is heated through before digging in!

Please note, we produce products in a kitchen that processes gluten containing ingredients. If you have a severe allergy we do not recommend our meals for you as we cannot guarantee food from cross-contamination, even if a certain dish does not include your allergen.

We use recyclable packaging for our programs. Our aluminum tray, plastic (PET 1) cover and paperboard sleeves are all recyclable in the Metro Vancouver region.

Before we deliver, our driver will give you a call to notify that we will be arriving. If you are not able to receive the package, we can leave your package in your cooler or at your door for when you arrive home.

We have many products free from nut ingredients. However, we produce in a kitchen that has nut ingredients. We try our best to prevent cross contamination.

Yes! If you'd like to save time, you can also defrost our meals in the fridge for at least 8 hours before cooking. Cooking instructions for a thawed meal:
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Remove container lid and cover tray with foil.
3. Place on baking sheet and Bake 25-35 minutes.
4. Remove foil and Broil 5-10 minutes or until top is golden.
5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving (if you can wait!).
