All our products use cashew for creaminess, richness and flavour. Therefore, we don't recommend our products for people with nut allergies.

Our Shepherd's Pie does not contain gluten ingredients and the soy sauce is gluten-free. However, we produce products in a kitchen that processes gluten containing ingredients. If you have a severe allergy we do not recommend our meals for you as we cannot guarantee food from cross-contamination, even if a certain dish does not include your allergen.

We use recyclable packaging for our programs. Our aluminum tray, plastic (PET 1) cover and paperboard sleeves are all recyclable in the Metro Vancouver region.

Our Delivery and Returns page has more information about deliveries.
Before we deliver, our driver will give you a call to notify that we will be arriving. If you are not able to receive the package, we will leave the products in a thermal bag that keeps product frozen until you are ready to pick it up!
