Made with a rich tomato lentil ragu, creamy tofu ricotta smothered between layers of semolina pasta and topped with a “cheezy” chickpea bechamel sauce, our homestyle lasagna is hearty, wholesome and will leave you wanting more. Preparing your lasagna is simple:
- Preheat the oven to 425F
- Remove sleeve and top film
- Place the tray on a baking sheet and bake 55-66 minutes for our full-size lasagna, or 40-50 minutes for the 2-serving size
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the top is golden - this step is key to that bubbly, browned top we all love
- Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving - if you can wait!
(Each oven has its own personality - no two are the same. Your appliances might be more or less sensitive than ours, so these are just guidelines! The bottom line is to ensure the product is heated through before digging in.)
We deliver on Thursdays between 10-5pm in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. You'll be able to choose which day you prefer at checkout. The day before expected delivery, we will give you a text/call reminder your Komo vegan classics will be arriving the following day. We’ll text/call you again on the day of delivery, before arriving. We recommend keeping your meal frozen until you’re ready to cook.
We believe in creating the change we want to see in the world. That’s why we’re committed to low waste deliveries. To reduce the amount of packaging waste with our local deliveries, we’re using fewer styrofoam boxes, single-use ice packs and thermal bags. Orders will be delivered in a kraft paper bag and we’ll make sure you know we’re coming, so you never miss a Komo vegan meals delivery.
