Lasagna / Chick'n Pot Pie / Shepherd's Pie:

Preparing your vegan ready-to-bake meal is simple: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F
  2. Remove container lid (pro tip: for the full-size lasagna cover the tray with foil so it doesn’t burn!) 
  3. Place the tray on a baking sheet and bake 50-60 minutes for our full-size lasagna, or 55-65 minutes for the 2-serving size 
  4. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the top is golden - this step is key to that bubbly, browned top we all love
  5. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving - if you can wait!


Bolognese / Taco Filling:

Heat sauce in a pan and serve - it's that easy! If your sauce is frozen, thaw it in the fridge overnight, or in a warm water bath for 5-10 minutes. You’ll want to thaw it until the sauce comes out of the package nice and easily. 

Keep frozen. If thawed, use within five days.
Cooked thoroughly to internal temperature of 75C (165F).

We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10-4pm in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. You'll be able to choose which day you prefer at checkout. The day before expected delivery, we will give you a text/call reminder your Komo vegan classics will be arriving the following day. We’ll text/call you again on the day of delivery, before arriving. We recommend keeping your meal frozen until you’re ready to cook. 

We believe in creating the change we want to see in the world. That’s why we’re committed to low waste deliveries. To reduce the amount of packaging waste with our local deliveries, we’re using fewer styrofoam boxes, single-use ice packs and thermal bags. Orders will be delivered in a kraft paper bag and we’ll make sure you know we’re coming, so you never miss a Komo delivery.
