Walnut Mushroom Bolognese: Water, tomatoes, plant crumble [walnut, cremini mushrooms, pea protein (textured), red lentils], carrot, tomato paste, celery, red onion, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, tapioca flour, sea salt, yeast extract, basil, oregano, black pepper, red chili flakes. Contains: Nuts 



Lasagna:
Preparing your vegan lasagna is simple: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Remove container sleeve and lid
  3. Place the tray on a baking sheet and bake 55-65 minutes
  4. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving - if you can wait!

Bolognese:
Heat sauce in a pan and mix with desired pasta - it's that easy! If your sauce is frozen, thaw it in the fridge overnight, or in a warm water bath for 5-10 minutes. You’ll want to thaw it until the sauce comes out of the package nice and easily.

Keep frozen. If thawed, use within five days.
Cooked thoroughly to internal temperature of 75C (165F).

(Each oven/stovetop has its own personality - no two are the same. Your appliances might be more or less sensitive than ours, so these are just guidelines! The bottom line is to ensure the product is heated through before digging in.)

We deliver on Thursdays between 10-5pm in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. You'll be able to choose which day you prefer at checkout. The day before expected delivery, we will give you a text/call reminder your Komo vegan classics will be arriving the following day. We’ll text/call you again on the day of delivery, before arriving. We recommend keeping your meal frozen until you’re ready to cook. 

We believe in creating the change we want to see in the world. That’s why we’re committed to low waste deliveries. To reduce the amount of packaging waste with our local deliveries, we’re using fewer styrofoam boxes, single-use ice packs and thermal bags. Orders will be delivered in a kraft paper bag and we’ll make sure you know we’re coming, so you never miss a Komo delivery.

Come visit us at 1605 W 5th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6J 1N5 (The Lazy Gourmet Building). You'll be able to choose the time you plan to pick-up at checkout. On the day of pick-up, please text or call 778-241-2210 when you arrive and we’ll meet you with the goods.
