MEET KOMO EATS!

At Komo, we value our mission of making plant-based meals a staple at every dinner table. What better way to continue on our journey to share more plant-based favourites than by launching a hot food delivery through our kitchen as a way to sharing the love for wholesome, plant-based foods. With that in mind, Komo Eats was created.

Komo Eats is an extension of our frozen meals brand, Komo Comfort Foods. Komo Eats will be our secret (but also not so secret) test kitchen to innovate and introduce new ideas and push the boundaries of how wholesome plant-based eating can be. As always, we want to ensure that we provide you with feel good foods that are always easy, wholesome, hearty, and shareworthy.  

With that being said, we’re so excited to announce that we will be launching our Gourmet Mac & Cheeze Menu on Uber Eats! We wanted to add a brand new comfort favorite that incorporates textured and flavorful ingredients.

What's on the menu?

Our Gourmet Mac & Cheeze menu uses our housemade cauli cashew cheeze sauce in every dish. It’s creamy, cheezy, savoury, and 100% plant-based. We have six variations on the menu: 

 

  • Classic Mac & Cheeze: Our signature, made-from-scratch cheezy cashew cauli sauce, and macaroni. Topped with a garlicky parsley panko crumb. The ultimate comfort classic. 
  • Mac & Greens: Cheezy cashew cauli mac. The greens: roasted broccoli, spinach, fried leeks, edamame, basil pesto, garlicky panko crumb.  
  • Bacun Caramelized Onion Mac & Cheeze: Smokey tofu bacon crumble and carrot bacon crisp. Slow caramelized onions, garlicky panko crumb. Cheezy cashew cauli mac.  
  • Roasted Garlic Mushroom Mac & Cheeze: Sauteed mushroom medley, roasted garlic, and cheezy cashew cauli mac. Slow caramelized onions, garlicky panko crumb and topped with a fried enoki. 
  • Buffalo Fried Chick'n Mac & Cheeze: The signature Komo Eats dish. Fried jackfruit chick'n tenders tossed with a tangy spicy buffalo sauce. Cheezy cashew cauli mac, green onion, garlicky panko crumb. 
  • BBQ Pulled Mushroom Mac & Cheeze: BBQ pulled enoki mushrooms, red lentil, diced onion, tomatoes, shredded carrots. Fried shallots and garlicky panko crumb on cheezy cashew cauli mac.
